冬陰功植物雞粉絲煲 x 母親節的承諾

2020年 | 在新冠肺炎疫情留家工作時,自創了這個食譜。因為自己對此十分喜歡,所以母親節時煮了給媽媽吃。那時候才發現我已經很久沒有為媽媽煮飯,決定日後為她做多一點。

所需時間:20分鐘

材料:

粉絲 半小包
Heura植物雞柳 半盒
番茄 2 個
杏飽菇 適量
粟米仔 適量
冬䕃功醬2湯匙
水或高湯 適量
花奶或椰奶 100mL
蒜蓉 適量

步驟:

  1. 蔬菜切好,粉絲浸軟。

  2. 炒香蒜蓉,加入杏鮑菇、粟米仔和植物雞。炒多一會,再加番茄。

  3. 加入冬蔭功醬、水和花奶或椰奶,攪拌。加入粉絲,蓋上煲蓋煮。

  4. 粉絲變軟和入味時,略為收汁,盛起上碟!

【備註】

  • 無需加太多水,剛好夠浸所有材料便行

  • 如喜歡辣的可以加少許指天椒

Tom Yum Glass Noodles Pot with Heura Chicken x A Mother’s Day Promise

2020 | I came up with the recipe when I was working from home due to COVID-19. I liked it very much so I made it again for mum on Mother’s Day. It wasn’t until then that I realized I hadn’t cooked for her for a long time. I will try to cook for her more often.

Serves: 2

Total cooking time: 20 mins

Ingredients:

1/2 bag vermicelli
1/2 box Heura chicken strips
2 tomatoes
King oyster mushrooms (adjust amount to own taste)
Baby corn (adjust amount to own taste)
2 tbsp tom yum paste
Water or stock
100mL condensed milk or coconut milk
Garlic (adjust amount to own taste)

Steps:

  1. Cut the vegetables and soak the vermicelli.

  2. Fry the garlic until fragrant. Add the mushrooms, baby corn, and Heura chicken. Fry a bit more before adding the tomatoes.

  3. Add the tom yum paste, water, and condensed or coconut milk. Mix well. Add the vermicelli. Cover with a lid to let it cook.

  4. When the vermicelli is tender and flavoured and soup is thickened, get ready to serve!

Contributor’s Note:

  • No need to add too much water – just enough to cover all the ingredients is fine 

  • If you like it hot, you can add a bit of chilli
