牛油果醬 x 清新怡人一抹綠

2010年 | 還記得當市面上還未流行吃牛油果的時候,我有一次行屯門黃金海岸的超級市場,當其時,有Promoter給我們介紹牛油果這新產品,就是教我以上的“牛油果醬”食譜,可以用來搽麵包,或者點Nacho(墨西哥粟米脆片)、梳打餅都可以,成為素食者的一個非常健康美味的小食。

份量:2

所需時間:15分鐘

材料:

牛油果 一個
鹽 少許
胡椒粉 少許
檸檬汁 少許

步驟:

  1. 把熟透的牛油果中間切一刀,一分為二,用匙羹把牛油果肉取出。

  2. 加入以上的調味料,搓勻即可。

【備註】

調味料方面可以好彈性,可以加入番茄碎、洋蔥、橄欖油⋯⋯ 隨便你去發揮創意,因為我較喜歡牛油果的原味道,所以只簡單加鹽、胡椒粉和檸檬汁。

Avocado Paste x Something Light

2010 | Before avocadoes became trendy, I remember browsing through the supermarket in Gold Coast in Tuen Mun one time, when a promoter introduced this new product and shared the above recipe with me. This avocado paste, as it turns out, can be used to spread on bread, dip with nachos, or even pair with soda crackers – rightly becoming a healthy and delicious snack for vegans. 

Serves: 2

Total cooking time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

1 avocado
A bit of salt
A bit of ground pepper
A bit of lemon juice

Steps:

  1. Halve an avocado length-wise and spoon out the fruit.

  2. Add condiments and mix well.

Contributor’s Note:

The condiments are flexible – you can add diced tomatoes, onion, olive oil.... it’s totally up to you. I like the original taste of avocado, so I only mixed in these simple ingredients.
